Terms & Conditions of Sale

How an enquiry becomes an order, what the price includes and the rights that remain yours.

Last updated: 29 October 2026

1. Seller and scope

The seller is TECTONIC SHOE SHOP LTD, registered in England and Wales, company number 17550336, registered office 66 Paul Street, London, England, United Kingdom, EC2A 4NA. Contact tectonic.olga@outlook.com or +44 7846 866 834. These terms cover consumer purchases. A trade/resale purchase needs separately agreed terms. Orders and customer communications are available in English.

2. Enquiry and contract formation

The bag and enquiry form do not take payment, reserve stock or create a binding purchase. You can correct size, colour, quantity and destination before sending an enquiry. We then provide a written quote identifying the goods, final specifications, availability, delivery arrangements, total price and payment instructions. Please review and correct any error before accepting.

A contract is formed when you accept the written quote in the stated way and we expressly confirm acceptance of the order in writing; payment through a later link does not by itself substitute for that acceptance. If payment has been received but we cannot accept or supply the order, it will be refunded promptly in accordance with applicable law. We supply the confirmed terms in an email or another format you can retain.

3. Product information

Collection images are design visualisations; they are not representations of physical inventory already made. We agree final material, colour and size information before taking a paid order. Screen display can affect colour appearance but does not excuse misdescription or unauthorised substitution. Standard size/colour selection is not a bespoke exception to cancellation rights. Ask about foot and calf measurements if fit is uncertain.

4. Prices, taxes and payment

Prices are in GBP. UK displayed prices include standard delivery and applicable taxes within the stated consumer total. Any VAT charged and applicable registration details will be set out on the confirmed quote and invoice; this website does not publish an unverified VAT number. No extra is added without your explicit agreement.

International figures are estimates until a country-specific total is confirmed. We identify prepaid import charges or charges payable on arrival, and explain any cost that cannot reasonably be determined in advance. The quote controls the agreed price once accepted. If we identify an error before acceptance, we explain it and give you the choice to proceed at the corrected price or stop; we do not silently increase a confirmed order.

This website currently has no live payment integration. Payment methods will be identified before an order is accepted; we do not promise a particular provider. Never send card details by email. A secure payment link must clearly identify the amount and payment obligation before you pay.

5. Delivery and risk

See our Shipping Policy. Timing and any production lead time are agreed before purchase. Unless another period is expressly agreed, the relevant UK default delivery period applies. Goods remain our responsibility until delivered to you or your nominated recipient, subject to rules for a carrier you independently commission. Legal remedies for late, missing or damaged goods are unaffected.

6. Cancellation and faulty goods

The Returns Policy and optional cancellation form explain the process. Your applicable cancellation and faulty-goods rights are not waived by ticking the enquiry acknowledgement. No provision here excludes legal rights, liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or other liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

7. Problems, law and changes

Use our Complaints Procedure if something goes wrong. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, without depriving a consumer of mandatory protections or the right to bring a claim in the courts available under applicable consumer law, including where the consumer lives. We do not require a consumer to waive those rights or use exclusive London arbitration.

New versions apply to future orders. A later website update does not retrospectively change a confirmed purchase. You can print/save these pages or request an emailed copy.
